At Everlasting Memories by Lam Events, we know firsthand the pressure and workload that come with planning an event. We're here to alleviate that burden and help you create the "Everlasting Memory of your life"! Founder Irene honed her skills in Operations and Supply Chain Management, becoming adept at negotiating, managing relationships, overseeing projects, paying attention to detail, and getting things done in high-pressure situations. These are the very skills that make for a successful event planner.There are so many factors that must come together flawlessly to create a memorable event, from food and flowers to music, photography, cinematography, transportation, and party favors. And we love every single one of those elements that help us forge Everlasting Memories for our cherished clients.
The thing we love most about our work is getting to know new people and cultures, as we walk alongside them and bring their dreams and ideas to life.

Irene exhibited excellent communication skills by staying in touch through phone calls and emails, and maintaining a composed and affable demeanor throughout the wedding. Moreover, she exhibited a genuine concern for promoting teamwork among all parties involved. :)

Working with Irene was an absolute pleasure. She is highly accessible and always available to address any questions or concerns. Although initially brought on as a Day-Of coordinator, Irene took charge of vendor communication two months in advance of our wedding. During this time, she provided weekly check-ins and crafted our wedding timeline.
Irene's attention to detail became even more apparent during the final moments leading up to our big day. With last-minute follow-ups conducted via email and phone and an in-person meeting to review the day-of schedule and retrieve decorations, Irene made sure everything was ready to go.
Thanks to Irene's expert coordination, our wedding ran smoother than anticipated. She ensured everything started on time and monitored the dessert table, cleaning and restocking as needed.
