Throughout the years of enlisting vendors to work on various properties, I can truthfully attest that Ovidio surpasses them all. He undertook a myriad of tasks, ranging from installing new light fixtures in three different rooms (and completing all of the post-painting and patchwork tasks himself), replacing outdated curtain rods and curtains with new ones, replacing all exterior lightbulbs, and more. Despite not being obligated to do so, he took it upon himself to replace all of the recessed lighting in our dining room to ensure that they all matched. He consistently arrived on schedule, kept us updated with communication, and completed all of the work in just two days. Ovidio can do it all, and we are deeply appreciative of his assistance.

Initially, we sought his services, along with those of his team, to paint the interior of our home, and we were highly satisfied with their work. Subsequently, we engaged them to renovate our kitchen and once again, we were extremely pleased with the outcome. Throughout the renovation process, we encountered certain challenges, but Ovidio always managed to resolve them expertly. He demonstrated remarkable patience when required to help us make decisions or when changes were necessary. Furthermore, he meticulously attended to the finer details, and found crown molding that matched the original one from our 1920s-built home, and a dividing floor piece that was a perfect match for the adjacent dining room’s wood floor. Additionally, the success of a general contractor depends on the caliber of the people with whom he collaborates. Gustavo, David, Tony and the team assigned to handle the backsplash were incredibly efficient, meticulous, and kept us engaged throughout. Our new kitchen is superb, and we anticipate working with Ovidio and his team in the future, as there are still a few areas of our home we’d like to enhance.

For popcorn ceiling removal, recessed lighting installation, and replacement of old ceiling light fixtures, I reached out to Ovidio. Promptly, he responded to my inquiries and provided detailed responses. After understanding our needs, he scheduled a visit that same week to offer a quote and take measurements. Upon scheduling the job, he even visited one more time to discuss preparation. Ovidio and his crew completed the job with exceptional detail, and we were thrilled with the results. However, minor touch-ups were needed, and Ovidio communicated frequently to ensure the job was concluded promptly. Our experience was exceptional, and we trust and value Ovidio's quality work. We will enlist Ovidio for all future home projects.
