Unlike my experience with a local franchise where my table set quickly deteriorated with daily use and lacked durability even with basic maintenance. Sadly, I had no recourse as I didn't purchase the warranty. However, with Good Shepard, your experience will be completely different. Our furniture is constructed with old school techniques using dowels instead of MDF core, allowing wood screws to hold in their intended places. Our table tops are crack-free and not prone to breaking like many "Farmhouse" pieces. Early craftsmen knew how to build furniture to last, and we follow in their footsteps.
