Initially, I was hesitant to use CrackerJack again after a negative experience. When I decided to take a chance on Primal Landscaping, which had no reviews, I was even more skeptical and nervous. However, I was delighted that I took the risk. I have had perpetual issues with drainage in my yard and have spent extravagant amounts of money on large companies to solve the problem. I contacted CrackerJack, and Randy promptly responded to my request. He not only came to my house within a few days to discuss the issue, but he also stopped by beforehand to evaluate the situation and come up with a solution. After discussing the problem and sharing some ideas, we developed a plan. Randy called to request prices for equipment and materials before presenting the estimate, ensuring that there were no surprise costs. His prices were equitable to those of larger companies, but he only charged for the cost of supplies, whereas many other companies up-charge for materials and supplies. He informed me when he would commence the work and arrived punctually in the morning. He followed through with the plan, completing the work flawlessly and promptly. Despite three storms, the drainage system was successful in preventing flooding. I was so satisfied that I continued to hire Randy for other landscaping projects because he was meticulous, professional, and prompt. Additionally, he did all of the work himself and did not subcontract it to others. I have included pictures of the newly constructed drainage system for your reference.

It is premature to give a full assessment at present. Although the aeration and seeding were completed two weeks ago and the lawn is showing signs of improvement, recent heavy rainfall may have undone some of the progress. Furthermore, my yard is not level, making it necessary to observe how things progress in the next few weeks before providing a complete evaluation.
