About
Having played the violin for the majority of my life, my journey began in high school where I performed in a string quartet with several friends at weddings. Pursuing my passion, I went on to study music at Seattle Pacific University where I was fortunate enough to receive a violin scholarship. My experience has led me to record violin for numerous studio sessions, such as the albums "Absolutes" by Barcelona, "These Friends of Mine" by Rosie Thomas, and "No One's Slate is Clean" by Courtney Marie Andrews. Notably, I have also had the opportunity to perform live with Michael W Smith and contribute to Macklemore's music video for "Can't Hold Us". In addition, I am able to offer violin lessons from my Mukilteo-based home.

At my neighborhood gathering, Jared and his band, Six Feet Back, graced us with gorgeous, top-notch music. Jared was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with, owing to his transparent communication and promptness. Moreover, his band arrived early and played for longer than anticipated, much to the delight of my neighbors who were mingling. The band truly uplifted and enriched the overall atmosphere of my gathering.

Jared was a last-minute addition to our impromptu dinner party, but he did not disappoint! He even brought along a friend to perform Scandinavian folk songs with him, which was a real treat. If you want to add live music to your event, I strongly recommend Jared.
