At first, the individual was highly responsive, however, within an hour of our scheduled meeting, he informed me that he had experienced a flat tire and would be unable to attend. I was exceedingly understanding and had no qualms with his situation. However, when I tried to reschedule with him, he completely ignored my communications. Even after sending a follow-up text several hours later to ensure that he received my initial message, I still received no response. Therefore, he has wasted multiple hours of my day, which cannot be regained. In conclusion, due to his lack of dependability and poor communication skills, he would make for an unsatisfactory business owner whom I would avoid.

Working with these individuals was a fantastic experience as they surpass expectations. Without a doubt, I will enlist their services for any future electrical needs.
