To prepare our recently acquired land in Franklin County for the construction of our new home, we required the clearance of brush. David's excellent communication skills included informing us of potential delays due to the predicted downpour, yet he upheld his promise and finished the job to our satisfaction. Our field was larger than two football fields and had become overgrown with thick brush and tall grass. Despite our efforts, no one showed interest in taking on the job or even returning our calls. Thankfully, David was not only responsive but also provided excellent customer service. His estimate was straightforward and did not contain any unexpected charges.
