I like to offer my clients the option of learning self-help exercises as a way to empower themselves and enhance their own healing process between treatments. This not only makes subsequent treatments more effective, but also allows clients to continue to use these tools even if they can no longer come in for periodic office visits. As someone who has personally benefited from alternative forms of treatment, I understand the value of being equipped with this knowledge.

My background in science and clinical experience in fields like oncology and internal medicine give me a unique perspective on Western medicine, which makes me particularly adept at facilitating communication between clients, medical clinicians, and other integrative practitioners. When patients are informed and aware of all their options, they are better able to navigate the complexities of the treatment process and make choices that work best for them.

Having struggled with chronic pain myself, I am passionate about working with others dealing with similar experiences. My own journey with alternative treatments has been transformative, and sharing what I have learned with others is incredibly satisfying.
