If they had been on time, I would have awarded a significantly higher rating. The contract incorrectly listed the time of their arrival for my occasion, resulting in some attendees having already secured seats by the time the team arrived. Nonetheless, I heard positive feedback regarding their performance, and the crew was both amiable and proficient.
