Despite waiting for 2 days for other technicians who didn't show up, George promptly answered my service request for my Kenmore Washer. He competently determined the issue and fixed the appliance in just half an hour. He was available for a Dishwasher repair on the same day. However, he texted to communicate his unavailability and arrived the next day. During the visit, he not only repaired the Dishwasher but found and fixed a fault that no one else had noticed in the Dryer. When we discovered a new noise after he had left, he came back that evening to rectify it. We were highly impressed.
