With more than 15 years of experience, I am a professional Chef who has conquered some major culinary feats, including beating Bobby Flay. My expertise lies in Asian cuisine, earning me the title of the mistress of spices. I even won an episode of the popular TV show 'Chopped' titled "Snail Snafus"!After years of mastering cooking techniques, any cuisine is a piece of cake for me. I am trained in French, Thai, Japanese, and Indian cuisine. Moreover, I am a standout pastry chef, with baking and pastry being my meditation.
Cooking is second nature to me, and I have been doing it for over a decade. My passion is in creating beautiful and delicious food by elevating ingredients with herbs and spices for well-composed dishes. I aim to leave my clients feeling content, both physically and mentally.

Our expectations were surpassed by Aarthi, who brought the fine dining experience to our residence. In light of the pandemic and the restrictions that prevented us from dining out, I hired her as a surprise for my husband's birthday. She observed Covid protocol and wore a mask throughout. The cuisine was delectable, with her catering to our specific tastes. While her fee was comparatively high to other chefs available, she was undoubtedly worth it, given her qualifications, expertise, and commitment. I'm eagerly anticipating our next encounter.

This evening, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner with Aarthi. She taught us in a private cooking lesson how to make Chicken Tikka Masala for dinner with three different types of naan. Aarthi was knowledgeable and helped us understand the process while also bringing her special homemade spice blends and unique ingredients that were difficult to locate. We would undoubtedly invite her back for future events!
