We engaged Innovative Home Repair for two projects, namely building an enclosed back porch and constructing a new storage shed. Zach and his team are true professionals, delivering fantastic work. We saved a lot of money compared to the quotes we got from other companies. We are pleased with the back porch and the storage shed, which turned out larger than expected. We were so happy with their work that we entrusted them with three more jobs. They replaced all the windows on the front of the house with energy-efficient windows, including two 6ft x 24in windows, fixed termite-damaged rafters inside the house, replaced wood in the front with hardy plank, and extended a metal roof over our wooden deck adjacent to the enclosed porch. They are friendly and courteous towards our family and pets, and they are incredibly professional and cooperative.
