The handyman is exceptional in communication and competence. They are honest and show respect towards their work area. Without a doubt, one of the best handyman experiences I have had.

I shared my disappointment with Cisco over his inadequate work. Although this review is honest, I must note that there were some uncontrollable problems like a mismatched paint and an incorrect material piece that caused a few parts of the task to be left unfinished. However, Cisco still spent 10 hours doing the job poorly and tried to blame me for wanting to keep the time under 10 hours. In my opinion, I would not recommend this company. ***UPDATE*** This company is still not up to standard. It's not worth doing business with them; I even contacted CrackerJack but the owner claims that the paid invoice wasn't sent as a balance owed for materials. Interestingly, he texted me notifying me of payment and mentioned that the invoice was gonna be sent (which never happened, by the way). Don't bother giving your business to this place; it'll only cause you more headaches. Whatever "material" he refers to doesn't add up to the incomplete job and money wasted. It's amusing how, after seeing my Tesla car, he claimed that he needed more time and money. It's sad, really. If this man or any representative of his company is seen around the property again, it'll be deemed as trespassing, and appropriate legal action in accordance with Colorado law will be taken.

After having new windows installed, I realized that I also needed new shutters for my house. Unfortunately, since I had taken measurements with the old windows, the shutters ended up being the wrong size. Despite this setback, I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to work with what they had and make them fit perfectly. The end result is absolutely amazing!
