Hello, I'm Suzana - a multi-talented trainer with a varied skill set. I bring a unique blend of experience as a personal trainer, swimming instructor, Taekwondo black belt, and former belly dance instructor. My passion for sports and fitness fuels my desire to continually learn, and currently, I'm attending Crossfit, jiu-jitsu, and Capoeira classes. With each new skill I acquire, I am better equipped to help my students.

Swimming is a sport that's both challenging and fulfilling. As a swimming instructor, I've been teaching since 2014 and have witnessed how it can transform lives. Personally, swimming allowed me to recover from knee surgery. I've recently had the pleasure of seeing the progress of four female students who had a traumatic experience with water. They are doing incredibly well now, alongside my advanced students and competitors.

As your personal trainer, I'll use my diverse skills to create a customized workout plan that never gets dull. Whether it's dance-inspired movements or weight lifting, I will design sessions that engage and motivate you.
