As a Michigan Licensed Builder and Certified Home Inspector with 25 years of experience, I utilize cutting-edge inspection technology that most other inspectors do not have access to. I am licensed and insured, and in addition to home inspections, I now offer Childproofing Home Inspection and installations. As a member of the International Association for Child Safety, I am also equipped to perform handyman services, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, assembly and installation. My handyman rates vary from $60-$75 per hour depending on the scope of the work required.
