Upon completion of my basement, I was thoroughly impressed with the astounding work done. This well-exceeded my expectations as the team was highly professional and attentive to any concerns I may have had. I enthusiastically recommend their services to anyone seeking home improvements.

From the day of our home purchase, we have been searching for a company to complete our basement. However, we encountered numerous issues; companies failed to show up or provide comprehensive estimates, offered limited and repetitive options, or presented exorbitant costs. That changed when we came across Marcelo and his team. From the outset, they provided a different experience. They designated a representative to handle appointment times and dates. Marcelo, himself, measured everything and created an initial layout on his computer during our first consultation. He spent as much time as we needed going through custom options. Within a couple of days, we received a quote with all items broken down, along with 3D renderings. Although it wasn't the cheapest option, it definitely wasn't the most expensive. It was exactly what we had envisioned and worth its cost. The timeline was clear, with possible delays due to selections that had yet to arrive. They communicated every evening via text to let us know who was coming the next day. While there were a few mistakes along the way, they were addressed promptly. We would like to express our appreciation to Marcelo, Cesar, Raquel, and the team for their hard work, even during snow days. We highly recommend their excellent services to others in our community.
