US Standard Flooring provided us with an absolutely amazing experience. While initially hesitant about selecting unfinished hardwood, we are now thrilled with our decision. The finished product in our two-level 2,200 square foot home is stunning. In just over a week, the crew installed, sanded, stained, finished, and installed new baseboards with a level of professionalism, courtesy, and trustworthiness that allowed us to provide them a key and let them come and go as they pleased. The dark mahogany stain adds an elegant touch, while the remarkable craftsmanship is evident in every detail, including the sharp corners around the hearth and wood vents. Upon completion of the project, the crew removed all debris, leaving us with minimal touch-ups and trim painting. We highly recommend US Standard Flooring and could not be happier with our decision to hire them for our new beautiful hardwood floors!

Although a good job was done overall, my dryer was removed to install hardwood flooring and then reconnected. Unfortunately, the steam exhaust pipe was not properly connected using the extension, leading to steam entering my home whenever the dryer was used. When I asked the technician about this issue, they gave me conflicting information, which may have been due to a language barrier.
