Since he was young, he has been fascinated by abandoned cemeteries and ghost towns in rural America, leading him to study local histories and publish numerous books about topics like abandoned amusement parks and spooky stories. He has recently worked on the Sanborn Cemetery Project and the town of Chico, which can be read about in various articles. Despite his aspirations to become a real estate salesperson, he spent many years volunteering and interning at historical societies and museums before starting the Shannon Historical Associates non-profit in 2007. His experiences have given him a unique perspective on real estate, and he is dedicated to providing clients with the best service possible.
