However, because of the impressive job that USPR had done before, we opted to choose them again, since our insurance policy had changed to allow us to pick our own contractors. My mother was particularly impressed with their fairness and kindness. Ivo and his team tackled a significant amount of work this time around, including installing vinyl flooring and repairing damage in several areas of the house. They completed the work within the discussed time frame and removed all the trash afterwards.
