Our 1947 home had fifteen of its original windows replaced by US Home Exteriors, and I must say, they are the best contractor we have ever used. Their sales representative ensured that we could stay within our budget and helped us find the perfect windows to meet our expectations. The project coordinator was highly responsive and kept us well-informed of crucial developments. Moreover, the installation crew was courteous, professional, and did an outstanding job, ensuring we were pleased with their work. I highly recommend them without any reservations!

The estimation process should only take 30 minutes, however, it took twice as long due to the overbearing and misogynistic salesperson named John Lovegrove who I had to ask to leave my premises. I was bombarded with intrusive and sexist questions such as whether or not I had the capability to make decisions about finances without my husband, and where he was. Watch out for this individual as he takes 40 minutes in his car for an estimation and then requests to use your bathroom before entering your home. When we declined, he threatened to urinate outside one of our trees. Feeling as though we had no choice, we allowed him in, but I refused to listen to his sales pitch or product endorsements and sent him away. His conduct continued when he made us wait 10 more minutes to answer a phone call from a male customer and then became offended when I told him he was wasting my time. I am certain that the company's administrative body is aware and approves of this type of behavior, which is why I will not consider doing business with them again. This is a warning to CrackerJack to take notice of the true reviews on Yelp.
