My interaction with animals is characterized by an active yet gentle nature, prioritizing the safety of both the animals and people involved. I am an avid hiker and athlete, making me the perfect candidate for exercising even the most energetic pets. Hosting your pets at my home will be no different from their own homes as I strictly adhere to all the rules and regulations that you might provide. My large, fenced backyard is a favourite for visiting dogs. Multiple references are available upon request from satisfied clients. My review of Kolten aims to highlight that you have stumbled upon one of the finest personal trainers in the Bay Area. Having trained with him for years, I can vouch that he is a badass who works out regularly and competes in American Ninja Warrior. Not only does he possess in-depth knowledge of physiology, but he also has a fantastic personality that makes for a fun and enjoyable training session - I have even failed reps due to laughing too hard at his jokes! One of Kolten's strengths is his ability to deliver results. He emphasizes form to ensure progress and in the past, I had discovered that bad form was contributing to my plateau. We worked through these issues by addressing them one by one, which resulted in faster progress in terms of muscle gain and fat loss. Additionally, Kolten continuously checks how I am feeling and switches up our workouts to prevent monotony. We typically focus on lifting, but he also incorporates outdoor workouts, bodyweight exercises, and flexibility training. It's incredibly reassuring to have Kolten keep track of our training plan and progress, and I can't stress enough how much I appreciate that. Furthermore, Kolten has encouraged me to adopt a cleaner nutrition regimen and even referred me to a nutritionist for a few sessions. This has impressed me, as he seems to be well-connected in the industry and always knows the best people. Overall, I highly recommend Kolten - not only will you achieve results, but you'll also have an awesome person to train alongside.
