I strongly suggest Maddie for her outstanding skills in handling both dogs and cats. She is a diligent individual with immense love for animals.

For the past two weeks, Maddie has faithfully taken our two small dogs, Lúlu and Tranquilo, on their daily walks. Due to our simultaneous surgeries, my husband and I were unable to fulfill this important task. Nevertheless, Maddie's arrival always elicited happy tail wags and energetic body wiggles from our beloved pets! Not only did our dogs relish in their walk time, but it also provided them with an opportunity to do their business on-the-go. Maddie always came prepared with a cheerful demeanor, poop bags, and treats to ensure our pets' happiness. When Tranquilo dramatically refused to walk any further, especially in the heat, Maddie went above and beyond by carrying him the last few blocks home. As a former business owner, I can confidently attest to Maddie's impressive work ethic and reliability. Her dedication to her work showcases her potential as a young entrepreneur. My kitty received excellent care from Maddie, who went above and beyond with her duties. Maddie ensured that my cat's food, litter and general wellbeing were taken care of - but she went further by making friends with my kitty and grooming her, which my pet adores. Maddie even helped out with other tasks by bringing in my mail and watering my outdoor plants. Furthermore, Maddie was thorough in her care of Miss Fisher, who requires new plates and bowls every day due to her cat acne. Maddie made sure to change Miss Fisher's dishes and clean them in the dishwasher. Communication was flawless throughout, with Maddie updating me daily and responding to my messages quickly. Overall, I highly recommend Maddie's pet care services given her dedication and exceptional ability to look after my kitty.

Due to our dog's high level of anxiety, we sought the help of Urban Tails to walk him daily. As a result, our dog's disposition has greatly improved, and he no longer experiences anxiety issues. The designated walker arrived at the designated time each day and provided excellent service. Additionally, Madeline house and dog sat for an entire week instead of sending our dog to a boarding facility. This was beneficial for us as we had peace of mind knowing that someone was taking care of our house while we were away, and our dog was content.

Maddie is adored by us, but most importantly, our beloved pooch has developed a great affection for her. Maddie has proven her dependability and reliability since the first day we met her. We are confident that our furry friend is in great care whenever he spends time with her.
