Urban Tails' team is undoubtedly the best in our area. When we adopted a dog from another state, we faced numerous issues, and the rescue was not responding. We felt helpless as our dog and child were not safe. Within twenty minutes of sending an email describing our urgent situation, Sarah contacted us. She visited us the same night with a spare crate and doorway gates to create a safe area for Ella, our newly adopted dog. Sarah also provided us with a training guide to help Ella adjust to our family.
Sarah and Jackie helped us introduce Ella to our dog, and they played together within three days. Sarah also ensured that our daughter (who's seven years old) was comfortable with Ella. She taught Ella some commands and showed our daughter how to interact with Ella without getting hurt. Our family was able to bond with Ella because of these amazing girls. Without them, we would have returned Ella to Tennessee. We highly recommend Urban Tails' team if you need help with your pets.
