This company is excellent to do business with. Their professionalism during the ordering and installation of the windows was commendable, and so far, the windows have been exceptional.
Nevertheless, I cannot give a complete rating as one of the windows was damaged upon arrival, and although they assured me of a two-week replacement window, it exceeded the allotted time. Thus, I had to contact the company to inquire further. Although their customer service was polite, we only received word from the technician after a day or two, scheduling the replacement installment.
Despite the minimal issue I experienced, I am pleased to recommend this company.

The installation of the windows was done beautifully with excellent craftsmanship. However, we faced a setback as our scheduled installation date was not met. This was due to our salesperson missing the order deadline.

I had a wonderful experience working with Eugine on our patio door replacement project. Eugine was a pleasure to work with, providing speedy responses and thorough explanations without any high-pressure sales tactics. We ordered two replacement patio doors for our bedroom balcony and living room to replace the old, drafty single-pane doors. To our surprise, the doors were installed just three days later by two awesome installers from Brazil who were polite and professional. They even built out new frames on site since the new doors were slightly smaller, and they cleaned up all the old doors and waste materials. The new doors look amazing and have made our rooms much warmer. I cannot thank this contractor enough for such a wonderful experience.
