I am thoroughly disappointed. When they initially sent someone to unlock the hot tub, they promised to return and repair it in a few days. However, over a month has passed and no one has reached out to me, nor have I received any common courtesy of an update. The hot tub remains neglected on the ground with its screws. This scenario reminds me of last year when I encountered a similar experience with them. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt, it is apparent that they lack follow-ups and customer service. This pattern is a significant indication that I should avoid them.
