My "emergency" was dropping a new silver and diamond bracelet in the bathroom sink, which my mom had just given to me. I had no knowledge of under sink pipes and was willing to pay someone to fix it, but Martin came to my rescue. He was prompt and communicated with me, retrieving the bracelet and saving the day. The small fee of $100 was worth it for the peace of mind that comes with having the bracelet back, and I'm grateful for Martin and Oscar's help.

We are thrilled with the recent installation of our new toilet. The level of responsiveness and efficiency demonstrated by the team was exceptional. With four toilets spread out over three floors, the task of removing the old ones and replacing them with the new was no small feat. Despite this, they completed the job in an impressively swift two hours! We were thoroughly impressed with their work rate and overall work ethic. Thank you to Martin and the team for their outstanding work. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Despite the cost, the job was executed impeccably!
When my kitchen sink drain suddenly got clogged, I contacted UP&R, and they promptly scheduled me for a same-day appointment. Martin carried out the task with great professionalism. He thoroughly cleaned the blockage in the drain and restored the system to its former state.
I wholeheartedly endorse UP&R for any plumbing or rooter services that you may require. No reservations at all—five stars all the way!
