At Universal Dog Leader, we believe that leaders must wield respect, passion, and the ability to direct others. Your dog may be a leader or a follower, both being positive progress.
Our aim is to provide dog owners with valuable information, knowledge, and practical experience to enable them to lead and train their four-legged companions effectively. Owning a dog is a collaborative effort that requires commitment, consistency, and mutual respect. Fear may work temporarily but it is not a reliable solution.
We offer dog training and a three-week boarding program.
A little about me: my name is Melo, and I have always loved working with and being around dogs. It's been my passion since childhood - my family can attest to that. To me, dogs are not just pets, but family members and even children. Rather than boss them around, I focus on building bonds and understanding their needs. I am excited to turn my passion into a business and look forward to working with you.

With his love for dogs and superb skills in evaluating their needs, Mello's patience shines through. Our puppy greatly benefited from his expertise and improved behaviour. Mello's approach to teaching us as owners was never condescending and he provided us with valuable tools to reinforce the lessons in a positive manner. Melo visited my residence and successfully corrected the behavioral issues of our mastiff. Despite being independent, our mastiff responded to Melo’s firm and corrective approach. Melo provided excellent examples, mainly aimed at children, which we comprehended easily. Our canine companion now acknowledges his name and behaves appropriately within our residence.
