Johan's installation of my windows was outstanding. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and thorough in answering any questions I had. Johan was both professional and punctual, arriving on a Sunday as we scheduled on Friday. He paid careful attention to detail and left the area spotless once finished. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with his work and demeanor, consequently naming him our go-to window guy. Our newly purchased home contained dated wood windows, and although we only required Johan to replace two, we plan on using him for all future window replacements due to his exceptional service. Johan's work is exceptional. He has great attention to detail and worked tirelessly from 8am to 9pm, even in the rain, to complete the job. I engaged the services of Universal Cabinet and Windows to remove two old, dingy windows from my backyard storage room and replace them with two larger, glass panels to create a studio. On Wednesday evening, Johan provided an estimate which we accepted, and he started work the very next day, completing the project by Saturday. The quality of his work is outstanding, from the framing to the finish. I would definitely hire JOHAN and his company again in the future. He is a fantastic individual. I arrived home later than expected, but he remained and patiently waited for me. Later, when I had to leave, he stayed at my home and diligently worked. I can assure you that he is a reliable person. If you require window repairs, his work is exceptional. He completed repairing two windows in roughly two hours. On the same day, the work began after receiving a quote. The installation was completed with the glass cut, frame trimmed, and post-installation painted. The cleanup was executed meticulously both inside and outside. Despite the windows being on a higher floor, the task was tackled with ease on an extension ladder from the outside. I am thrilled with the outcome and plan on calling again for future needs.

Our goal was to incorporate 3 new windows into our incomplete basement. We received a fair estimate from Johan, who in collaboration with his co-worker, demonstrated remarkable diligence, work ethic, and attention to detail. They effectively cut through the fiber concrete wall siding, added the necessary framework and supporting timber, employed the window installation, caulked as needed, cleverly restored the siding, and tidied up the area. We are ecstatic with the final outcome and can't wait to proceed with finishing the basement. We will certainly keep Johan in mind for future endeavors since he exceeded our expectations.
