We encountered a pipe leakage in a wall that's commonly shared, which caused damage to the floor in both of our lively living rooms. Fortunately, the United team arrived promptly, during dinner hour, and promptly drained the water. They stayed until all the sheetrock and flooring were detached, and our appreciation towards them is immeasurable.
