The service provided by this business was extremely poor. It is advisable to avoid it altogether. We were not informed beforehand that e-filing taxes was not possible. Instead, we were informed that taxes would be printed and mailed. Later on, we received a notification from the Federal and State taxes indicating that they were missing. We had to pay twice the original amount to hire someone else to file the taxes on our behalf. Moreover, the returns had glaring errors, and we ended up paying money instead of receiving a refund. They are unresponsive to phone calls and emails.

With complete professionalism and honesty, Joan thoroughly went through the numbers with me, attentively answering all of my questions and inquiries to my utmost satisfaction. I would without hesitation endorse her services.
