I engaged their services for a chimney inspection, and they promptly responded and arrived on schedule. However, I found their inspection to be substandard, and their recommendation to reconstruct the chimneys left me dissatisfied. I deemed it unworthy of $200, as alternative companies that I reached out to provided a quote without any charges for the inspection.

As they require favorable weather conditions to execute the chimney repair, they have not yet scheduled a specific time. Although it has been a few weeks, poor weather conditions have persisted, but I intend to contact them this week to follow up if no communication is received.
