The outcome was incredible. As my living room had been stained by pets, the team utilized potent cleaning solutions incorporated with scotch guard to bring my carpet back to life once again. Furthermore, they efficiently eliminated the blackish stain that had been in front of the fish tank in my daughter's room. Although they warned me about the extended drying time due to the excess water used during the cleaning process, it was definitely worthwhile. It approximately took ten hours to dry, but the results were worth the wait.

It is uncommon to come across a top-notch carpet cleaning company on the internet as they all boast about their customer satisfaction and you won’t be able to judge their work until it’s done. However, today I was lucky enough to have chosen wisely! This is hands down the best carpet cleaning we’ve had in years. Robert M was diligent and meticulous in his work and exceeded my expectations. I inquired about the hot steam used and was informed that they use water heated between 180-200 degrees for an effective deep clean. Additionally, I noticed that Robert only used eco-friendly Green Cleaning products to clean our carpets. He assured me that they are more efficient than traditional products but can be easily rinsed out to prevent dust and dirt from sticking. I must admit, I was a skeptic about eco-friendly products until I saw the remarkable results. Even our carpeted stairs look almost new again.
