After requesting a deposit for her services, we corresponded via email regarding potential locations and the types of photos I wanted taken. She informed me that she would conduct research on locations and replied on 9/22, stating that she would get back to me. On 10/6, I checked in to inquire about her progress. She stated that she would provide a specific location on 10/8. However, despite my multiple follow-up emails, I have not received a response from her. Our shoot was originally scheduled for 10/11, and I am now disheartened and out $50 without any recourse. I am hesitant to recommend her services and may need to consider legal action.

The photographer, Krysa, truly exceeded my expectations. The photos she captured during my delivery were incredibly meaningful and stunning. Despite being present for the entire process, she remained unobtrusive and became like family. Her ability to capture all the important moments, including the emotions of everyone present, as well as my first moments with my son and our family's first photo, is truly astonishing. Looking back at these photos allows me to relive all the moments I may have missed while focusing on the delivery itself. Simply put, Krysa is the best photographer I have ever met and an incredibly kind person.
