Unique Construction Concepts contacted me regarding my patio project and arranged an onsite quote for 8:30 AM today. However, at 8:00 AM, the contractor informed me that he would be an hour late as he needed to deliver some materials to his crew. Subsequently, at 8:40 AM, he messaged again to suggest rescheduling for next week due to the heavy rain forecast. This was frustrating since rain had been anticipated for four days, and I had planned my schedule around the agreed time slot. I cannot comment on the contractor's work, as he did not complete any. While likely competent, his scheduling left much to be desired.
