Our home inspection includes an assessment of the following systems and areas:

- Structural System: Foundation, Grading and Drainage, Roof Covering, Roof Structure and Attic, Interior and Exterior Walls, Ceilings and Floors, Interior and Exterior Doors, Windows, Stairways, Fireplace and Chimney, Porches, Balconies, Decks and Carports (attached).
- Electrical Systems: Service Entrance and Panels, Branch Circuits, Receptacles, Fixtures and Switches.
- HVAC Systems: Heating Equipment, Cooling Equipment, Duct System and Vents.
- Plumbing Systems: Plumbing Supply, Fixtures, Drains, Wastes, Vents, Water Heating Equipment and Hydro Therapy Equipment.
- Appliances: Dishwasher, Food Waste Disposer, Range Hood and Exhaust, Range, Cooktop and Oven, Built-in Microwave, Exhaust Fans and Garage Door Openers.

Additional services for an extra cost include an inspection of Sprinkler Systems and Outbuildings.
