My windows look great thanks to Mark's excellent work! Initially, I had only hired him to caulk them, completely forgetting to request a cleaning as well. However, upon arriving to carry out the caulk work, Mark kindly asked if he could also clean the windows while at it. I was grateful for his thoughtfulness as cleaning had escaped my mind. Furthermore, he even took the time to teach me how to remove the screens. Overall, Mark maintains a very professional and orderly demeanor.
