I cannot express how satisfied I am with the service I received from Ultimate Home Theater. After a frustrating experience with Best Buy's Geek Squad, who told me my job was impossible and advised me to purchase a TV stand instead, I was determined to find a solution. Having just moved into a new residence, I could not accept this outcome. When I explained my problem to Helder at Ultimate Home Theater, he was highly responsive. Unlike other companies who preferred to communicate by text, Helder set up a call to discuss my situation. We agreed on a date, which had to be postponed by two days due to an ice storm, and he provided an estimate for the job. Helder was honest from the outset and never made false promises. When he and Steve arrived, they worked efficiently to mount my two 70-inch TVs into the cement walls, completing the job in just two hours. I was overjoyed with the outcome and grateful to both Helder and Steve for their excellent work. I intend to use Ultimate Home Theater for all future projects.
