Ultimate epoxy Floors

My recommendation is to avoid this Company. They completed the job in a hasty and unsatisfactory manner (only taking 2 hours!). Within days, there were discolored patches appearing in various parts of the garage floor where epoxy had been applied. When I contacted them about the issue, they attributed it to humidity (??) - something that should have been identified and addressed beforehand. They did not return nor respond to text messages. Overall, I advise against using their services.

Milano is an appalling contractor who doesn't possess any license, insurance, or bond and is deceitful, incompetent, unprofessional, and has damaged my property. He ruined my flooring, driveway paver stones, red oak staircase, granite thresholds, and garage. When he arrived at my house, he presented me with someone else's contractor certificate of competency license and took a $2k upfront deposit for the installation of metallic epoxy over peel and stick tiles. However, he changed the original contract and asked for an additional $500 for extra materials, claiming there was a 10% chance of the tiles showing up. During the installation, he didn't do any prep work, sanding, or vacuuming and didn't fill in the tile grout to even the surface but only wiped the floor with a paper towel and alcohol. Consequently, there were bubbles, human hair in the epoxy, and tile marks everywhere. Moreover, the flooring started cracking within two months due to improper mixing, and Milano tried to charge me another $2k to fix it. He always charges for extras in the middle or after the job, demands an initial deposit for materials, and doesn't refund it if you cancel the project. Engaging with him is a nightmare, and he has already received a ticket from the code enforcement for working without a license and not paying the fine yet. Hence, my suggestion would be to look for a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor who holds a certificate of competency and is more trustworthy and reliable. Milano's project gallery is also a fake one, and he uses pictures of other contractors' work to advertise his services.

The work done was exceptional and their responsiveness was impressive. I intend to engage their services for more projects. Furthermore, they have also worked on a project for a family member, be assured that your floor is in capable hands.
