With more than two decades of experience, Serene provides tailored Pilates sessions (on the Reformer and Mat), Mobility training (FRCms), and Personal Training for in-home and virtual clients.
Serene works to eliminate faulty movement patterns and enhance mobility, posture, and core strength for her clients through exercise. She creates a unique program for each client to help them move without discomfort and develop inner strength.
