Although Tyson was responsive, I hired him to plow the snow with a snow plow. I specifically used the term "plow," highlighted the compacted ice and snow, shared images, and inquired if it warranted removal. Unfortunately, I was not present when he arrived, and later discovered that he used a small snowblower. Had I known this beforehand, I would have chosen another individual who met my preferences. Additionally, he charged me twice the amount initially agreed upon, without mentioning the discrepancy. Rather than addressing my request, he only shoveled the topmost layer, a task I could have accomplished alone. While I compensated him for his time, it was far from what I desired. In the future, I suggest checking the equipment an individual employs before engaging their services.

Within minutes of sending my email, it had been promptly answered. As we woke up this morning to excavate and make way for one of our cars to make an early appointment, the labor had already been completed! My 82-year-old mother works overnight, and upon her arrival home, she was pleased to see that her entire four-car driveway had been cleared. We are absolutely delighted with Tyson's service and look forward to utilizing it again next year.

Despite searching for someone to clear my driveway for two days without any success, I eventually came across Tyson on the website. It was peculiar that building contractors were recommended before him. But, Tyson responded within ten minutes of my message and completed the task in a few hours, despite me not specifying any rush. The quality of his work was impressive, and he charged the agreed rate. I would not have any reservations hiring him again.
