Tyler is an exceptional trainer! During our workouts, his focus is on specific muscle groups. He ensures that we don't repeat the same exercises week after week, making each session exciting and engaging. I am constantly challenged to try new workouts that I haven't done before.
One of the things that sets Tyler apart is his ability to modify exercises on the spot. If I experience any pain or discomfort, he immediately changes the workout to accommodate me and prevent further injury. I felt safe and comfortable working out with him even when I had an ankle sprain or shoulder pain. Thanks to his modifications and adjustments, I was able to continue my fitness journey without any setbacks. Now that I have recovered, we are back to our normal workouts.
