After a kitchen fire, Tyler installed a backsplash for us, and I would rate their work as excellent for the following reasons: Firstly, the team showed a genuine concern for their work and treated our home with the same respect they would their own. Secondly, they were accommodating when the edge of the backsplash did not match up with the counter due to a misalignment with the cabinet above it, but we worked together to come up with a solution that looks great. Thirdly, they demonstrated a wide range of abilities, performing tasks such as fixing drywall, tile installation, and adjusting the mounting of the microwave. We even shared pizza and laughs about the kitchen accident. In full transparency, the cleanup was only “broom clean,” but I would have cleaned the countertop and floor regardless. Despite the difficult nature of installing glass tile, Tyler's work looks absolutely perfect.

Our kitchen backsplash installation was performed by Tyler's team which proved to be outstanding. Our unique challenge was the use of large 24x48 porcelain tile, which required manual cutting as a typical wet saw was inadequate.
