"The experience I had at this place was nothing short of fantastic. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted by Emily, the instructor. Her kind demeanor instantly put me at ease. There were several other at... read moretendees there, which made for a fun atmosphere. Being new to yoga, I appreciated that Emily catered to all experience levels, ensuring that I felt comfortable and not intimidated like I often do at other yoga classes. The location was stunning, situated by the Brazos river and featuring a picturesque vegetable garden and silo that looked like a treehouse. We had the option to either practice on the river outside or in Emily's studio, and we all chose to practice outdoors. Emily was very patient and helpful, offering assistance without making me feel self-conscious about being a beginner. She also gave us the freedom to enjoy our class and only requested a signal if we wanted help. The class concluded with laughter and a sense of satisfaction. I appreciated that Emily asked us for our preferences regarding meditation and exercise, and she delivered on both fronts. I've tried many yoga classes throughout the Dallas area and Waco, but Silo on the Brazos with Emily's guidance left a lasting impression on me. I look forward to coming back again and again.
