Despite the expensive cost of $115, I was pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable service of the man who identified the problem with my hot tub. However, I am a bit apprehensive about paying an additional $700 to fully repair it, as I feel it may be overpriced. Nonetheless, they were the only ones who responded to my call and came to my aid within 24 hours. Ultimately, I'm grateful for finally identifying the issue and look forward to potentially hiring them to complete the job, so I can finally bask in my hot tub.
