The music video for Campfire's Light by Darrell Holton is a legacy project that has been in the making for over 30 years. Originally recorded in 1989, and again a decade later, this song was one of Darrell's personal favorites from his extensive portfolio of music, much of which he composed with his son's assistance. However, due to Darrell's decision to no longer perform his music at local venues frequented in his youth, the song failed to gain widespread exposure. In order to honor Darrell's dream of creating a music video for this song, his family and friends came together with a vision to bring it to life. With the help of Andrew Lubansky, a young and talented professional, the project quickly went from an idea to a well-executed production. Despite differing opinions among some of the team members, there were no conflicts or drama during the two-day filming process. Andrew's creative style blended seamlessly with the group's efforts, and his editing skills added the finishing touch to a beautiful and meaningful video. This is a project that Darrell and his loved ones can treasure forever.
