Positive: Christian was extremely prompt in responding to our project and provided a quick estimate after we sent him photos of the area where we wanted the TV mounted. Based on his quote, we decided to hire him. He kept us well-informed about his schedule and was very polite when he arrived at our home. Christian demonstrated excellent communication skills throughout the process, explaining each step of the mounting process and confirming our understanding before proceeding. The final result was two beautifully mounted TVs and a very clean work area.
Negative: Unfortunately, the initial quote of the job increased by $100 when Christian explained that our power plug's location would make it complicated to conceal one TV. Although Christian did specify the additional work required before beginning, we felt compelled to proceed since he was already on location. We were disappointed that even after paying extra, we still needed to finish the job ourselves by sanding and repainting the wall.

The night prior to Christian's arrival, we had a cordial and professional exchange. We arranged for him to come by at ll:30 on the following day, but he contacted me in the morning to inform me that his first appointment had been cancelled and he could arrive earlier.
