Due to a family emergency, my event planner was unable to oversee the decorations of our party and sent Nicole as a replacement. Fortunately, Nicole ended up being a blessing in disguise as she was able to understand my vision within just 10-15 minutes of arriving at the venue to drop off her supplies. Recognizing that we lacked sufficient decorations to fully execute the theme, Nicole brought her own decorations to complete the look. She is highly skilled at her job and an excellent communicator. We hired Turtle Occasions for my son's first birthday party and were thrilled with the results. From start to finish, they provided exceptional event planning and décor services. Their hot air balloon theme was a hit, including a photo booth, centerpieces, food tables, mocktails, entrance balloon column, guest book table, cake table, and more. The pre-event planning was flawless, and their team even helped with loading and unloading.
