At Turbo Train, our focus is on you and helping you achieve your physical and mental best. We push you to your personal limit and help build you up every time you train. Our coaches boast over 25 years of combined experience competing and training at an elite level, with the ability to train anyone from beginners to fitness gurus.

Our training takes place in a private, fully equipped garage gym and our apartment gym and swimming pool. We specialize in proper movement, mobility, and strength and conditioning, and offer fully online and hybrid training options that cater to your budget.

For a year and a half, I have been consistently training with Albert. The workout plans he creates are exceptional and perfectly suited for my physical composition and objectives. His program updates are timely, providing me with a constant learning experience while also pushing my physical limits. Albert and I first crossed paths while swimming for UC Santa Barbara. Several years after graduation in 2021, we joined forces and opted for resistance bands and bodyweight training as our initial workout routine. However, as time went on, we shifted our focus to running. In May of that year, I took the plunge and registered for the San Francisco marathon. Being a swimmer all my life, my joints, running muscles, and techniques required special attention. Thanks to our well-rounded warm-up and cool-down regimen, not only were there noticeable improvements in these areas, but it also helped in preventing injuries. Prior to working with Albert, the possibility of completing a marathon had never crossed my mind, and it was largely due to his help that I was able to achieve my goal and earn my finisher's medal.
