I was impressed with the skilled and efficient work done, resulting in a beautiful sounding piano. Thank you very much! However, I was a bit taken aback by the service time of only 25 minutes (from 2:35 PM to 2:53 PM), despite the distance not being an issue for me. Furthermore, I ended up paying twice the original price as the service provider claimed the piano was neglected. I am still unsure how it was possible to re-tune the piano so swiftly. Although I appreciate and value professional services, it would be helpful to have a clearer understanding that the actual cost is over $300 an hour. Thanks again!

Tim Orourke is an excellent piano tuner. I scheduled an appointment with him, and just two days later, my piano sounded like it was brand new. I have arranged for Tim to return in six months to tune the piano again, and I highly recommend his services.
