: Impressive! Despite reaching out to several companies, it was only after speaking with Chris and Caden that we decided on TrueTex. Surprisingly, they completed the project in just two days, prompting me to write this review even before they finished! Right from the beginning, they grasped our idea for the fence and provided suggestions that proved beneficial. Moreover, they kept us informed throughout the project, and the crew on-site was diligent, respectful, and exceptionally skilled. Their attention to detail was remarkable, which we had not experienced previously while working with other companies for our backyard redesign, who just took our money without any dedication towards customer satisfaction. TrueTex takes pride in their work and their diligent attitude ensures that the customers are delighted with the end result. We highly recommend this company, and we feel fortunate to have hired them! We engaged TruTex to replace our fence and were satisfied with the competitive pricing and the fulfillment of our specific requests. However, the follow-up communication was inconsistent and could benefit from improved responsiveness. Nevertheless, we were disappointed with how carelessly the work crew treated our plants since ample space existed between them, resulting in the unnecessary loss of several young bushes. Furthermore, our internet line was accidentally severed during the installation process, which proved to be tremendously inconvenient since it happened in the midst of an important meeting. This problem only escalated when the subsequent repair team unintentionally cut into our irrigation system, ultimately resulting in greater losses and an inflated total cost. Although this is not entirely TruTex's fault, we would have appreciated it if they had been more mindful of the potential conflicts and suggested flagging of lines to prevent such problems. In conclusion, we recommend TruTex only if value is a top priority, and you are well-informed of the locations of any cables or irrigation systems in the fence's proximity and have minimal landscaping concerns. If all three of these criteria are not met, we advise paying a higher fee for a vendor that prioritizes taking better care of such matters.

My fence was excellently done by Mark and his team. Despite the winter weather, they completed it promptly. They collaborated with me to achieve my desired outcome and provided an exceptional quality finish.

Additionally, they displayed excellent customer service by promptly repairing a Sprinkler that was accidentally damaged. We sincerely thank Trutex for their outstanding work!
